Dominique was apprehended with assistance from Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office in connection with a series of murders after DNA evidence linked him to the killings of multiple men across several parishes in Louisiana. At least 23 men are confirmed victims making him one of the most prolific serial killers in history.
